  Kids loved it. Great indoor playground and foam pit. Food good and price reasonable. Staff are friendly. Always come here. Five dollar entry after 3.

  TO THE NEW OWNERS: I had a private function for my son's 1st birthday - WORST EXPERIENCE! The owner was extremely rude and nearly 60% of my guests made the same comment which was horribly disappointing. I would never go to this play cafe again nor recommend it to others. If you want to own a kids play cafe you might want to look at the way you speak to others and your attitude to your clientele. Also went on about the kids carts and how great they would be for the party - although were CLOSED during the duration of the private event, he offered a staff member to make coffees during our first conversation but then days before the party decided to tell me he would be charging $100 for her to make coffee - ummm NO! The old owner was much nicer and friendlier to deal with - you lost a lot of business from our guests who also will never come back to your play cafe. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

  Eh had a party here for my sons 1st and everybody caught the flu, kids & parents, feel like going in there and punching them in the face. It's also dangerous one kid split his head open while we were there. Food was great but took an hour. Not including the time we had to line up and wait to be served for half an hour. Not a good experience. I give 1 star because I have to. And I'm pretty easy to please!

  New owners that are very rude very argumentive and only look out for them self definetly not the customers experience as per comments on Facebook and feedback on google over the last month since taking over and also the other location. Our party of 100 people could have brought in alot of business for them but instead did the opposite. Previous owners great customer service friendly and respectful staff. Not surprisingly the review option has beem taken off the Facebook page. They have been reported thru the government website. Also forgot to mention when we paid a bill in full on the night the owner rude and abruptly said "I hope you realise we aren't making any money out of your party" but they mention on Facebook they do it all for the children ha ha!!! and our guests had to take home rubbish they didn't let us put it in the huge rubbish bins they have in the carpark the guest are still talking about it months down the track
